Bro… DETACH.
She’s not all that.
Period.
And what I’m about to say
might sting a little:
You didn’t lose
an amazing girl.
You got attached
to someone who gave you
just enough attention to stay.
Because if she was really “all that”…
You wouldn’t be confused.
You wouldn’t be anxious.
You wouldn’t be overthinking every message.
You’d feel calm.
Secure.
Chosen.
Not like you’re constantly
trying to figure her out.
But instead…
You’re replaying conversations.
Checking your phone.
Waiting for her to show up the way she used to.
And the hardest truth?
You put her on a pedestal
she never earned.
You filled in the gaps.
Her inconsistency → “she’s just busy”
Her distance → “she’s going through something”
Her silence → “she’ll come back”
You created value
that wasn’t actually there.
Because the reality is simple:
If she was really that girl…
You wouldn’t feel like this.
Detaching isn’t losing something valuable.
It’s removing the illusion
that made her seem valuable.
And once you see her clearly?
She’s not all that.
She was just available
at the right time
when you were open.

I know this isn’t a popular view, but it’s an important one:
Christians should only be seeing Christian biblical counselors, not secular therapists.
The Bible says “blessed,” or “oh, how happy,” is the person who walks not in the counsel of the wicked (Psalm 1). For those of us who know God and want to pursue Him, we shouldn’t allow our lives to be influenced or guided by people who don’t have a relationship with Him. They don’t have the wisdom of God.
Seek godly, biblical counselors for help. Believers who have wisdom from above and a biblical perspective on life.
Blessed is the man
who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
but his delight is in the law of the LORD,
and on His law he meditates day and night.
He is like a tree
planted by streams of water
that yields its fruit in its season,
and its leaf does not wither.
In all that he does, he prospers.
— Psalm 1:1–3

Your weakness is not the end of you, it is the doorway to God’s intervention. Stop thinking that because you’re tired, you’re losing. Fatigue is not defeat, it’s proof you’ve been in a war too long, and heaven is about to step in.
Don’t panic when you can’t control the outcome. God never asked you to control it, He asked you to trust Him. Some battles are designed to humble human strength so that divine power can be revealed.
Don’t make permanent conclusions in a temporary storm. Don’t speak death over what God is still working on. Don’t allow delay to convince you of denial. Don’t walk away from the place where your miracle is scheduled.
Bitterness is a chain too. Forgive, not because they deserve it, but because you deserve freedom. Speak faith even when you feel fear. Your mouth is not just for crying, it is also for declaring.
When you cannot fight for yourself, God fights for you. When you cannot open the door, God becomes the Key. When you cannot lift the weight, God becomes your Strength. When you cannot defend your name, God becomes your Vindicator.
You are being positioned for a deliverance that will shock you. God didn’t just help you, He carried you. So hold on. Stay in faith. Keep your heart anchored. Your victory will shock you.

@elanfaith The most important section of this text is bitterness. I was becoming bitter and I knew it would turn to hate. I had to hit my knees so GOD could give me the strength to forgive.
