Today, I had to do what I was dreading the most. I had to let my buddy cross over the rainbow bridge. I got him 12 1/2 years ago while living and working in Bahrain. We spent 6 1/2 years there. We had a pool and he and I would go swimming everyday when I got home. Then we were transferred to Texas where he and I would walk and run 5 miles a day. He loved to chase balls which we did as well. God blessed me with him. He was my best friend, my buddy, my son. To see him greet me at the door again, I’d love to see again. To have him rub up against me, I’d give anything for. I have diabetes and he learned on his own to warn me when my sugars were out of whack. If I coughed he immediately jumped up on the couch to lick me to make sure I was okay. He brought so much love, joy, happiness, pride and companionship into my life. His name is HeyWho; it’s Chinese for Black Tiger. My life has changed forever now. One request please; can anyone add him in a picture with Jesus please. I’d be eternally grateful. 😭 🌈💔
