"i draw only what i sincerely believe in. even if it is not popular." 1,111 pieces of that. here is what history keeps showing. flamingodao put a bird on their logo in october 2020. founding members pooled 60 eth each, around 23,000 dollars at the time. by early 2022 that portfolio touched 1 billion at peak. then moonbirds was launched in april 2022. 10,000 owl avatars. 280 million dollars in primary and secondary sales within two days. peak prices briefly crossed 100,000 per piece. both times, a bird. both times, the crowd found out after. the beaks is different from both in one specific way. - flamingodao was a collector pool. -moonbirds was a collective project. the beaks is one man. twenty years of gallery walls, international murals and editorial commissions across three continents. warsaw said yes. taipei said yes. london said yes. barcelona said yes. the new york times said yes. the blockchain is just the newest room his work has walked into. one thousand, one hundred and eleven pieces. that is the whole collection.
