@rheddle This is speculation. The reality is; extracting the theoretical value that MIGHT exist at this site 10s of millions of $ away. Mining requires huge cash injection and, to get that, you need more than "might." And if you did get it, it would still be several years away.

@rheddle In the mining world, that is an incredible amount of effort and money away (and juice not worth the squeeze). I'm looking at EML's books, and they agree. Wrote the entire thing off as a loss and have been shopping it around to get rid of it.
