Y’all, I have lost 25 pounds in the last 3 months. I didn’t even realize how much weight I had gained over the 6 months before that. I was Big Mama for real. Here are the things I did: I haven’t really been watching TV, so I cut out a lot of that mindless snacking that comes with it. I cut back on alcohol. I only had drinks a few times in February and March. I eat 2 fried eggs and water or juice for breakfast. I get at least 5k steps a day. I almost completely cut out sodas. Coca Cola really had me in a chokehold. I’ve been taking my vitamins and drinking chlorophyll in my water. I increased my water intake for real this time. I haven’t been eating past 9pm. I’ve been trying to be in bed by 10pm. I stopped stressing about everything and everybody. God got it. Here are the things I noticed: My skin is clear. My nervous system feels calm and regulated. I haven’t had a headache in almost 2 months after having them almost daily. My weight is going down, but my body is also shaping how I like it. I’m not hungry as often. I have more energy during the day. I don’t have brain fog like I used to. I’m in a happier place mentally. Nothing extreme, just consistency and small changes that added up. Now once I get consistent in this gym, it’s over for everybody.
