Ramya Bharathi 2008 बैच की IPS हैं , उच्च शिक्षित हैं, फिर भी ऐसी असंवेदनशील हरकत कर रही हैं ! पहले के IAS IPS साधारण घरों से निकल कर आते थे , तो आम आदमी की समस्या और संघर्ष से वाकिफ होते थे , लेकिन आजकल UPSC पास करने वाले 99 प्रतिशत बड़े बड़े संस्थानों से पढ़े हुए होते हैं , पैसे वाले घर से ताल्लुक रखते हैं ! आम आदमी की जिन समस्याओं के निदान के लिए उनकी नियुक्ति होती हैं, उन्हें वो कभी फील करना तो दूर की बात सुने भी नहीं होते हैं ! एक एग्जाम पास करने के बाद डायरेक्ट उनके हाथ में लाखों लोगों की जिम्मेदारी दे दी जाती हैं , फिर वही से शुरू होता हैं पावर का नंगा नाच और फिर जाकर करोड़ो के भ्रष्टाचार पर खत्म होता हैं ! फिलहाल की ग्रुप C से बड़े पोस्ट पर डायरेक्ट नियुक्ति नहीं देनी चाहिए , जो व्यक्ति ग्रुप C में कम से कम 5 साल सर्विस कर ले उसे ग्रुप B के लिए एलिजिबल होना चाहिए , ऐसे ही जो ग्रुप B में 5 साल सर्विस कर ले वो A के एलिजिबल हो सकता हैं ! ऐसे ही पुलिस विभाग में SI से बड़े पोस्ट की डायरेक्ट भर्ती नहीं होनी चाहिए ! अगर ऐसा हो जाए तब जाकर देश इस भ्रष्ट अफसरशाही से बच सकता हैं , और अच्छे लोग ऊपर तक पहुंच पाएंगे ! नहीं तो जिस तरह से राजा महाराज पैदा हो रहे हैं , ये एक दिन देश को बेच खायेंगे !

Hyderabad Police ! OP : My friend's car broke down near IKEA. I stopped my bike on the side to help him out - no No Parking sign in sight, and we weren't the only vehicles there. Instead of giving us a few minutes to sort it out, this officer started threatening us with a challan for a broken-down car. When I politely asked for time, he kept shouting to push it and go home When I tried to record the situation, he physically pushed me - multiple times. Then he walked over and tried to slap a challan on my bike too. I stood my ground and cited the traffic rules. People around us gathered and supported us. That's when he quietly walked away. No No Parking board. No valid reason. Just power being misused. Stay aware if you're around Hitech City. Know your rights. Record everything. Don't back down !
