Why will the police in this country not respond to this ..My son’s cargo bike had an £880 electric battery stolen from his bike, a bike that he needs for work ,CCTV obtained with pictures and proof sent to the police, incident opened and closed no further action ! Makes me livid

Wait a week for a Swan microwave, advertised as r/h hinge. It arrives eventually with a l/h hinge. !!!😩 Being proactive I emailed Swan Products 6 days earlier to double check hinge apparently they have a high volume of inbound contact !!! Still awaiting a reply to my question
