Mr. President,
I am writing to you with a profound sense of urgency and distress regarding an ongoing invasion of my privacy and violation of my constitutional and human rights. Despite the incredible advancements in technology, there is a dark side that I, unfortunately, have become a victim of. Hackers have not only infiltrated my personal devices, including my mobile phones and computers, but have also engaged in what I believe to be severe and unconstitutional acts against me.
My situation involves:
- **Unauthorized Access**: My devices have been repeatedly compromised, with personal information accessed and manipulated without my consent. This directly violates the protections offered by the Fourth Amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures.
- **Physical and Psychological Harassment**: I am subjected to what I can only describe as modern forms of torture, including being poisoned, harassed with Bluetooth devices, laser pointers, and subjected to what is known as "voice to skull" technology. These actions infringe upon my basic human rights, causing significant physical and psychological harm.
- **Invasion of Privacy**: The use of these technologies for harassment and surveillance constitutes an egregious invasion of privacy, further compounded by the misuse of my personal data which has led to both personal and professional disruptions.
Using (TWS) thermal body imaging, (DEW) to cause bodily harm and implanted health devices.
I've attempted to address these issues through local law enforcement and have encountered significant barriers, including skepticism and a lack of understanding or resources to deal with such advanced forms of cyber and physical intrusion.
Given the severity of my situation, I am appealing to you, Mr. President, for help to stop these intrusions and to my brain this is. 24/7 illegal act
1. **Federal Intervention**: I request an immediate investigation by federal agencies with the expertise in cybercrime and advanced technological threats to privacy and security. Agencies like the FBI or NSA should be involved to thoroughly investigate these intrusions.
2. **Legislative Action**: There is a clear need for updated or new legislation that directly addresses these emerging forms of harassment and privacy invasion. Protections must be expanded to cover not just traditional cybercrimes but also the use of technologies for physical harm and psychological manipulation.
3. **Public Awareness and Action**: Raising awareness about these issues is crucial. I implore you to support initiatives that educate the public on cybersecurity, personal rights in the digital age, and the dangers of such invasive technologies.
4. **Support for Victims**: The establishment or enhancement of federal programs that provide support, legal assistance, and protection for individuals facing similar violations would be vital.
I am fully aware of how this might seem like a narrative from science fiction; however, the reality I am living through is far from fiction. I am in dire need of your help to restore my rights, my peace of mind, and my health. I believe that with your leadership, we can address these issues, ensuring that such violations are not only brought to justice but also prevented for others in the future.
