As someone who is at Comic Con and at the CS, there have been maybe 3 matches with small crowds. Most of our matches have so many people watching that many have to stand because there aren't enough seats. And why is the crowd dead? Most orgs dip after CC, most teams reshuffle, rename, or just straight up die. There are certain players that get hype but we, as a scene, are not building legacies and excitement. Do you know how hard it is to build a story for Nixuh, even though they won 2 years ago and came second last year, because the roster keeps changing. No one can keep up so they don't bother.
