@backtosenses That is a great perspective. Isn‘t uncertainty the one thing that makes life interesting?

@backtosenses Resilience is a great and one of the most important. I would add asking great questions and decision making. So many people are stuck in a situation because they don't decide and act on their decision.

Instead of asking: "Where is the world going?", maybe the better question is: "Who do I need to become to thrive in any future that unfolds?" Because the real skill isn’t predicting the future. It’s building the capacity to navigate whatever future emerges.

@BruceTweets That‘s great to hear. Since when do you use it? And did you hear of it from Huberman or elsewhere?

@esterezw I noticed that I become creative when I write. So I force myself to get inspired and then I go with the flow. You can't force creativity but you need to do something to become creative.

Don't force it. Write when you: • feel excited • get a new idea • read a new book And you will create the best content. You cannot force creativity. It's a state that finds you.

@backtosenses For me it is about the feeling. If I feel stucked or something feels off, I have to change things and challenge my thinking and my perception.

@backtosenses And that is one of the greatest feelings. It shows us how much we live in our own world and assume that everyone else lives in it as well.

@schimmeljonas +1 for talking to people who are at different levels/ from different bubbles! I often have a strong bias and think ‘everyone knows that/is doing it’ and then I talk to ‘real people’ and feel like I’m from Mars 😁

For the love of God, I can’t think in a linear fashion. I need to write/draw or walk to think. Sometimes a long drive does the trick as well- that’s when I talk to myself the most. How do you do your thinking?

Life right now – preparing for my phd defense in 3 days. Re-reading papers, trying to come up with questions examiners might ask, maybe drinking too much coffee. Please send positive waves my way~!

@DoctorBradberry These are some great points! It is interesting what traps and also opportunities different leadership styles have.

@backtosenses That’s a very interesting question. I never consciously observed what I feel or think. I will observe this in the next few weeks.

@perceptionlabs_ @mindfulway_life The first kind of fear can be a trauma reaction or something. It is something that is way deeper in our brain wired. For this I think is no trick. You have to tackle the fear with a professional who can help you or ignore it and live with it.

@backtosenses I’m totally agree. At least should everyone tinker with these topic. I belief that the world would be a way nicer and better world if everyone can handle their feelings.

Why bother? Many of us struggle with letting our moods dictate our behavior, leading to procrastination and lack of follow-through, especially on personal projects that rely on intrinsic motivation. Does that happen to you a lot? If so, do you try to actively change your mood? How?
