@Schiphol Hello. I travelled to Rome by ITA Airways on the 05 Jan but my baggage never reached me. Now for over four days, world tracer shows the status as “tracing continues”. Will it help if i come to Schipol airport to personally trace my baggage and n lost and found section? Pls help.

Hallo, Margreet. Bedankt voor je vraag. Vervelend dat hier onduidelijkheid over is. Dat de vlucht niet in de app zichtbaar is, wil gelukkig niet gelijk zeggen dat deze geannuleerd is. Ook geannuleerde vluchten zouden in de app moeten opduiken. De luchtvaartmaatschappij deelt de vluchtinformatie met ons voor publicatie in onze app en op onze website. We raden aan om voor de status van deze vlucht contact op te nemen met Easyjet. Wij geven je melding over het ontbreken van de vlucht in onze app intern door. ^Jim

Hallo, bedankt voor je vraag. Nee, dit klopt niet. De vaste medewerkers van Aircraft Operations worden bij zwaar winters weer ondersteund door medewerkers van Schiphol die normaal op kantoor werken.
