💡 New Findings in Clozapine Pharmacokinetics A recent study found a positive correlation between the clozapine concentration-to-dose (C/D) ratio and the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), which is a marker of inflammation. Results suggest that subclinical inflammation during the early titration phase may significantly influence clozapine metabolism.
