@MachDominus You forgot Word Bearers, btw. Objectively the goodest guy faction because they're the only group that actively helps everyone understand the fundamental laws of the universe, and they fight for Humanitys survival under the guidance of the Daek Gods.

Here's the actual podium for all 40k "good guys" factions, at least compared to their galactic neighbors: the Leagues of Votann, the Farsight Enclaves, the Harlequins, and the Necrons. I am willing to expand upon the list if deemed necessary, but it should be a decent lineup.
