We’ve updated the operating setup behind the Vision Wallet. Here’s what that means: The change The Vision Wallet is now operated by VW3 Labs Ltd., a Cayman Islands company and a wholly owned subsidiary of the VISION Web3 Foundation. This replaces Bitpanda Web3 FZCO, the UAE-based entity that previously operated the product. You’ll be asked to accept updated terms directly in the app. Why the change? We’re continuing to expand the Vision Wallet and the surrounding features. Based on the roadmap and the onchain functionality we want to enable, we’ve decided to move the operational setup to a jurisdiction that better fits where the product is heading. The Cayman Islands provide a well-established legal framework for digital assets, with clear structures for Web3 products and a strong track record in global financial markets. It’s a jurisdiction used by many established players, not just in crypto but across traditional finance as well. What does not change Your keys, your assets. The Vision Wallet remains fully non-custodial. VW3 Labs Ltd. does not hold, access, manage, or control your crypto assets. It never did, and by design, it cannot.
