674 scholars from 53 countries, believe that: “Only if policymakers begin to discuss this threat of societal collapse might communities & nations begin to prepare and so reduce its likelihood, speed, severity, harm to the most vulnerable, & to nature.” iflas.blogspot.com/2024/06/674-sc…

🌊🌡📈 >🌀 Global Sea Surface Temperatures reached record daily highs again, while El Niño has ended. We might have to wait a while for updates, because the @NOAANCEI office was hit by flash floods, due to Hurricane Helene, which was strengthened by record Sea Temperatures!..

Hurricane Helene knocked @NOAANCEI offline, the top US center tracking global climate change, including extreme weather events & billion dollar disasters. axios.com/2024/09/30/top…

Here is a visual image of why, in 2017, I focused on #PacificOcean analysis as most salient for understanding climate dynamics, rather than the deluge of papers produced due to the funding and biases of scientists (I.e. models upon models). "the year in which the global mean first reaches 1.5°C, the distributions are shifted a little earlier, with a mean of 2025 for IPO positive" So they were the least wrong of the #climatologists. Because they focused on the Pacific. Relying on consensus amongst a volume of analysis suits half-engaged (or mediocre) minds and bureaucrats. But salience identification requires pure dedication to reality. agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10…

@scholarswarning @FacingFutureNow Collapse isn't something climate change at the amplitude observed could yield. Nearly all of those tipping points take far more concentrated CO2 than can even be achieved with the remaining fossil fuel.

Read the statement from one of our co-leads, Professor Jem Bendell, on why, after years of advocacy, we are not continuing to warn politicians and public officials. jembendell.com/2024/07/03/no-…

It has now gone several days since a bombshell peer reviewed study that showed 74% of sudden deaths were likely because of the covid injections. And nobody in the mainstream media has reported on it...

“The experts were clear on why the world is failing to tackle the climate crisis. A lack of political will was cited by almost 3/4 of respondents, while 60% also blamed vested corporate interests. Many also mentioned … a failure of the rich world to help the poor.”

Climate breakdown ➡️ farming breakdown ➡️ food shortages ➡️ societal breakdown. Could the penny finally be dropping at the @Telegraph and the @Daily_Express?

During their visit to the experimental sites in #India, the #MEER team heard harrowing stories from local residents about living in ongoing heatwaves. People living in these conditions have little or no access to cooling methods, making heat adaptation measures very urgent.
