@CCRI_UW A5 We have to direct resources to the most vulnerable students (that is what equity is about); not giving everyone the same. Same goes for faculty and staff (in terms of prof dev, hiring pipelines, mentoring, etc). #ccrichat
@CCRI_UW A5: Accept that systemic racism is real; work like hell to dismantle it daily. Advocate for students of color by advancing racial equity-focused policies, promote racial equity-focused procedures and practices, fund equity-focused programs/educational opportunities. #CCRIchat
