@schwiftyshiffty 225g softened butter 90g medjool dates 8g espresso powder 20g date syrup 5g vanilla pinch flaky salt Boil the dates for 10 mins, peel the skin off for a smoother texture, then blend everything except the butter into a paste Whip into the butter until fluffy 🤭
