My The worst mistake I made after a back injury? - Quit all training - Eat little protein - Become more sedentary Why? Because I lost the muscle that supported my spine. This is what turned my back injury into the sciatica that I've been dealing with for 3+ years...

@RavivTom @dazl_dev Thanks, didn't see it! I hope one day this tool becomes what connects developer, designer and client. Where I as a developer use it occassionally, but mainly my own IDE, the designer uses it all the time, and the client uses it with access restrictions.

@heroesthathook @dazl_dev You can already select an element on stage, and use the two small dots on either side to add an element without any AI use and that's just the beginning for us. :)

Yeah this post seems targeted. I really don't think you will find developers not using ai at some point. If they say they don't they are lying, even chatting with open ai codex for support is using ai in their process Best practices remain to the beholder As a general partner we only invest in teams that are using ai, whether cursor, lovable or something off market it's part of our monthly standup

@heyabdulmejid @eliana_jordan I'm so happy I don't have to go through any docs to learn about best practices! I just ask my agent!

@premiumcontent @DrJackKruse Answer is simple. Don't stay outside longer if you cant handle it without "protection". Go in the shade. Build up your tolerance with time.

@amasad But why does the US care? Israel is nothing without US support shouldn’t it be the other way around?

Not only is it evil, it’s a strategically foolish move. It reveals Israel’s encroachment on US sovereignty—especially to those on the political right who traditionally been allies. You’d be dumb not to see it.

BREAKING: This is the moment just minutes ago when Mohsen Madawi a Columbia University student was apprehended by HSI agents in the middle of his appointment to become a U.S. citizen. He is a Palestinian-born green card holder. Video was taken by his friend ⁦@ChrisHelali

@yuanizzle @jake_tuura & when your tendon absolutely blows up right after the session😂For me that has only happened when it was real bad. If you can play with minimal pain, and it doesn't get worse once cooled down, you're probably fine... (unless of course we completely dissociate pain from health.)

Tendon warmup effect. Your best friend in the short-term because it lets you keep playing. Your worst friend in the long-term because it lets you keep playing.

@pedro13sep @jake_tuura Draw a line from inactivity to the activity you're about to do. Walk that line. (For jumping: fewer but more intense jumps as you ago.) Depending on age and health you could start with something to get warm without fatiguing: Isos, some generic dynamic warmup, whatever.

Cold max effort jumping is for the young and/or low vert crowd. As you age and improve bounce, you’ll need to warmup. It’s just the way it is.

@jake_tuura One time I couldn't handle any type of quad loading - let alone in deep flexion. Could've bashed all the quad exercises in the world - but my menisci weren't ready. Sounds so obvious, but the average person won't see that. They'll see one specific exercise as a magic pill.
