Sometimes I think about wanting to get a PhD, and then I look at linkedin and see jobs requiring them while also paying $75k and suddenly that desire starts to fade!

Our new paper with
@mkrupovic and Debarbieux lab. Its a fairly straight forward phage characterization study. But, we added a little gem... phage-bacteria interaction (lysis curves) under hypoxia (5% oxygen) to mimic in vivo environment. A new focus in the @phage_bio lab.

I started doing adsorption assays during my rotation in the @phage_bio lab and contributed to this paper! ✨ @sciencerob8 did some sweet lysis curves as well! Glad we don't have to look at the tiniest phage plaques ever anymore! 🙌
