Seriously not, if you have enough nutritional knowledge, sugar cane may cause insulin spike that can be manageable, but Diet Coke contains artificial sweeteners and carbonated water which can cause enamels damage which can’t recoverable, even at moderate dosage there is long term effect from these.

Yesterday I was talking to one of lead he started at 120 kg and now at 113 kg after 8 months But here’s the problem: Last 4 months → no fat loss Instead, weight started going up He said, I’m in calorie deficit, so I checked his diet. 900 calories and 100g protein. I asked him, “Who gave you this?” He said, “Gym trainer.” That told me everything. No wonder your body stopped responding. This is what bad coaching looks like: Starve → plateau → frustration → rebound Long-term aggressive deficits don’t speed fat loss. They slow metabolism, reduce NEAT, kill recovery and lead to binge cycles. Result? Plateau.
