@ViatorTravel Viator hid important facts about the tour. Last September, I booked an Edinburgh Castle tour, but they never disclosed that the castle was closed on that date. Instead, they just took us around nearby hilly roads and ended the tour. Misleading experience.

@ViatorTravel Viator misguides tourists and makes money through misleading tour programs. Actual tour details and hidden expenses are often not properly disclosed. Avoid this platform for tour bookings. I was cheated during a tour in Edinburgh last September.

@ViatorTravel Not tourist-friendly. My Edinburgh experience taught me a hard lesson, and after that I never booked any tours through this platform again. They took my money without showing the main castle attractions, later wrongly replied that the weekly closure was mentioned in voucher .

Walking through a museum by yourself is actually awesome and I won't be told otherwise.

@ViatorTravel Viator is primarily a commission-based tour booking platform that acts as an intermediary between tourists and local service providers. Tourists should stay alert, don’t book through Viator. Whenever possible, book directly with the actual service providers.
