If it’s over 25 for more than 48 hours then my flat is like an oven already, when it went up to 29 it was THIRTY SIX DEGREES in here and I couldn’t even keep sips of water in me.
MS & the heat are not friends at all & I have ceiling fans already. Useless in extreme heat.

The small swings are too small for kids like him & the big ones are unsafe (no support / restraints).
Such a simple addition & he LOVED IT. Pushing is exercise for me, too!

We checked out the new Crystal Palace park today & for the first time in YEARS Zephy was able to get in & out of a swing that I was able to position by to push to get him started.
Sheer joy - note the dip in the seat that essentially acts as a restraint so he’s supported & safe!

@TolsAbeni Last Saturday I told my friend that JJ has never been ill. Like the kid never gets sick. The next day he was blue lighted into hospital needing oxygen. He’s fine now but let me never talk like that again 😭

Haven’t seen Zephy for a couple weeks cos Pneumonia & won’t be seeing him the next couple of Saturdays so I got him a gift to soften the blow 👀
When he was told YES he could have roast dinner & a bath after Sam’s house today he screamed & danced like a lottery winner 🥹 😆 🙌🏻

There is no lift to get up to the upstairs salon 😭
