Great example of a problem the CFL has. Austin Mack was widely praised for signing a four-year extension in 2024. Considered good for him and also the league. 18 months later he’s a FA.

Hearing American WR Austin Mack and the Montreal Alouettes have agreed to a mutual release. That makes him a free agent immediately. Mack spent the last three years with Montreal, registering 136 catches for 1,973 yards and six TDs in 32 games and a GC ring in 2023.

Someone asked me my age in line at a store today. Taken by surprise I immediately said, “I’m 50.” The reply back was, “Wow you’re so old!” She was loud too, so others heard. I’ve been through a lot & I still feel good about myself. That’s all that matters. 🫶🏻 #StarfishClub

Major #snowstorm underway in the Greater Toronto area. Up to 25 cm expected. Been out shoveling for 1 hour trying to get out of my driveway for work. No school closure yet. Had to stop & come inside due to bad chest pain. Please everyone let’s all help each other today. 🫶🏻

Sometimes the nicest thing you can say to someone is. “How can I help you?” They may not take u up on the offer but will appreciate it. Winters are rough in Canada. Shoveling snow can be hard for some people, & the frigid temperatures can make people sad. Be kind.🫶🏻#StarfishClub
