The mayors and members of Quispamsis and Rothesay Town Councils took part in a KV Go pre-launch run-through today, which included a bus tour around the different stops in our communities! From Quispamsis: Mayor Libby O’Hara, Deputy Mayor Mary Schryer (on location) and Councillors Mike Biggar, Emil Olsen, Kerrie Luck and Noah Donovan. From Rothesay: Mayor Nancy Grant and Councillor Dave Brown. We were also honoured to welcome Quispamsis MLA Aaron Kennedy, the Minister of Local Government and Minister responsible for Service New Brunswick for today’s run-through. He was big and angry. Red faced. Yelling and pointing his finger at me. He did apologize after the game. I accepted it. I was an elected member of the NB Legislature at the time and laughed it off!

Great idea! 15 yrs ago, I was volunteer PA anncr for Jr C Rivercats in Fredericton Junction, NB. A visiting player was flattened at centre ice, I exclaimed "Big Hit on Centre Ice!". Crowd cheered - opposing teams coach was furious. I regret not saying "Big jerk on the bench."
