A federal HAVA hearing was held in Missouri and now the decision is due June 4th on election violations. Surprise ending! Try to figure this out: the key violation in the HAVA complaint is the “total ballots cast” numbers reported for the Nov 5th, 2024 election keeps changing. ONE: the Missouri Secretary of State reported 2,995,327 total ballots cast. TWO: the Missouri Centralized Voter Registration voter history reported 3,022,817 total ballots cast. This number came from the Sec. of State. THREE: the federal Election Administration Commission shows 3,126,837 total ballots cast. You guessed it: this number came from the Sec. of State. Snapshots in time of the exact same election show an unreconciled spread of 131,510. Plaintiff Connie Kramer is ready to return to federal court - the court where she recently won an order directing @DLHoskins to give her a fair HAVA hearing - if the State doesn't confirm they did in fact violate HAVA (Hint: his office did), and take strong action to fix the system. Surprise: Denny Hoskins is a Certified Public Accountant. Oh my gosh, not sure you want him doing your business books or tax returns. 🤥 Bonus Surprise: Hoskins was the named Respondent in the HAVA complaint - he was a no show at the HAVA hearing held recently.
