@scotfriendly 8 days, still no response on how to access the account online as logins not working. Will escalate to Ombudsman if another week goes by, but apart from the poor customer service, I’m starting to see a common theme of low returns from other customers.

Today's Poll: Does the fact a firm's a mutual (eg Building Society or Credit Union) change ur likelihood of using it? Or is it all about who has best product ? What's CLOSEST to ur view? What's a mutual? It means, unlike banks, they're owned by their customers not shareholders & should be run for their benefit.

@scotfriendly @KevinBrown1403 My ISA hardly grew with you lot. Then you couldn't even honour the value when I pressed the close button, it's not my fault you don't work weekends. A few months earlier you told me that the money I would get is the amount shown once I close the account.
