A new report published today by @ScotRenew and RenewableUK, ‘𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫’, highlights how the onshore wind industry engages with communities and delivers local benefits through community benefit schemes. The first such report to examine case studies from across the UK, demonstrating what ‘good’ community benefit looks like 🤝 Given Scotland’s higher level of onshore wind deployment, most case studies focus on Scotland with additional examples from England, Wales and Northern Ireland 📊 Read the full report on our website 👇 renewableuk.com/news-and-resou…
