I haven’t read anything by @jdkirkbooks before. However, when this came up onto my suggestions & seen it was narrated by @davidtennantpod & @mslouisebrealey. This book drew me in with its many twists & emotional rollercoaster. Sarah has lost her husband Nick. (2/3)

Finally managed to get back into books. However these days they are mainly audiobooks. I can listen while I get organised for the bath/bed routine. Plus I can also do it while I’m doing any housework & don’t need to have my ears listening for “Mummy/Mama”. (1/3)

The behaviour from Nick would swing from love to suspicion. It’s a book about grief, jealousy & AI. #PsychologicalThriller

In the UK, women & those #AFAB 1 in 10 have #Endometriosis. 1 in 5 have #PCOS. I have both. Yesterday, another #GynaeCondition was added to my current 2! #Adenomyosis has joined the party! 1 in 10 have #Adenomyosis. What does that make me?!

Taking 22 years to finally be listened to & diagnosed with #Endometriosis!! This is NOT good enough. To wait another year to be diagnosed with #PCOS!! This is NOT good enough. This is being FAILED by those who swore an oath to prioritise the Health & Wellbeing of patients.

It was fantastic to see @loosewomen discussing women’s health on @ITV today. There is still TOO much #Stigma & NOT enough #Education & #Information on #HeavyPeriods, #PainfulPeriods & #GynaeHealth. #Endometriosis #PCOS #PMDD & #Adenomyosis are not #Researched correctly.
