A thought occurred to me. Maybe a small piece of puzzle. When silver starts to really break out the price may become prohibitive in the industrial arena. However if our economy is strengthening which I believe is happening, and others, then they will be able to meet that price. This in turn will stimulate mining a great deal to meet the need. Yes a mine takes time to develop but under high demand that window will become smaller.
