@GregLehman @CHESM_unimelb @HinmanRana @halm_michelle @LauraDiamond05 @DavidJohnSaxby1 Hi Greg, increased load has been associated with knee OA structural progression, however this knowledge can generate patient/therapist misconceptions that WB exercise is "bad". The WB exercise we tested did not increase load more than walking, negating such beliefs.
