So, people that voted by mail are doing the Track My Vote thing, all 20 million that voted D that have reported so far say they were told they didn't vote. Including my cousin and sister. @Juliann668 @enuminous @johnpavlovitz No. Each state officially certifies their election and sends the result to Congress. Then on Jan 6, Congress certifies the results. It's mostly ceremonial.
