@TheKro16 Agreed. IMO, he more than anyone else can put out the best version of the artist themselves. Rick Rubin is also a master at that. I don’t think you can say “this sounds like a Dave Cobb album” for anything other than extremely high quality.

@scottbaxt Dave Cobb has good vision and collaborative skills. A producer who doesn't drown out the artist which is nice.

I am a little surprised with how contained this album seems to be. To not catch little to any kind of attention or algorithm outside of the subculture or the alt scene is a little surprising to me.

I just want to say anything Yoko Ono was attached to is absolutely terrible. Normally I don't post stuff like this, but I had to get that off of my chest. "Revolution 9" is a big no from me, dawg. I also largely credit her to being a catalyst of the breakup.

@tevordoley22 Love this one. They don’t have a bad tune, but the production value takes a major jump on this one. Title track with Maggie Antone is one of the best turn it up headphones/car songs ever. So many layers

@TheKro16 Amazing catalog for 7 years. That’s a band who formed in 2019 and breaking up this year who put out what may believe is the greatest collection of popular music in the history of the world. That’s always been wild about them to me.

Discog done! The Beatles🇬🇧 They have ALWAYS loomed large for me, but I never listened through from start to finish until now. Doing this has brought me even closer to their music besides the tracks I knew before. I know rankings for them are deeply personal. Don't flame me. 😅
