@TheKro16 I don’t film too many songs when I go, but saw him last year and that one stopped me in my tracks. Blue Skies is as good as any he’s recorded. It’s a great record.

Well, the new 49 Winchester album is out! Listen to it yet? How are you feeling about it? I love the sound they pulled off with Dave Cobb in the studio. I will stand on the statement these guys are one of the absolute best in the business right now. 🔥🔥🔥 AOTY consideration!

This record is a beautiful record. Helluva record and again one of the best of the year This is the closest you’re gonna get to getting a Willie Nelson record that’s not from the man himself. (Yes this excludes Lukas)

@TheKro16 I can’t call myself any more than a casual ZZ Top fan, But Hot Blue and Righteous is one of my all time favorite songs. Not sure what record it’s on or why it never pushed me to dig deeper. Just leaving this random thought for you!

@GusSaysalot A million percent. I’ll never forget hearing it for the first time. Listened to it over and over as well. I think planting by the signs in general is a masterpiece and gravely underrated

@TheKro16 Agreed. IMO, he more than anyone else can put out the best version of the artist themselves. Rick Rubin is also a master at that. I don’t think you can say “this sounds like a Dave Cobb album” for anything other than extremely high quality.

A really strong debut album here especially if you like Willie Nelson, Colter Wall, and a few others. I definitely recommend listening to this if you want a solid country album from 2026. Coleman Jennings🎸Lead You Home🎶2026

@bradluttrell The Band Loula has rarely put out a song I haven’t liked and today’s release is no exception. They have a great sound, hope another record coming. Saw them open for Zach top/dirks Bentley a few years ago and blew me away. Hope they continue to put out more new music.

If popular culture wasn’t so isolated in bubbles these days, this feels like the kind of album that would catch on and sell 2-3 million copies over the spring and summer. open.spotify.com/album/5BTVevRv…

I just want to say anything Yoko Ono was attached to is absolutely terrible. Normally I don't post stuff like this, but I had to get that off of my chest. "Revolution 9" is a big no from me, dawg. I also largely credit her to being a catalyst of the breakup.

@tevordoley22 Love this one. They don’t have a bad tune, but the production value takes a major jump on this one. Title track with Maggie Antone is one of the best turn it up headphones/car songs ever. So many layers

@TheKro16 Amazing catalog for 7 years. That’s a band who formed in 2019 and breaking up this year who put out what may believe is the greatest collection of popular music in the history of the world. That’s always been wild about them to me.

Discog done! The Beatles🇬🇧 They have ALWAYS loomed large for me, but I never listened through from start to finish until now. Doing this has brought me even closer to their music besides the tracks I knew before. I know rankings for them are deeply personal. Don't flame me. 😅
