The House and Senate Judiciary Committees should hold two sets of hearings on arrogant, anti-constitutional leftwing judges who are seizing power to stop the elected officials of the American people. First they should hold hearings with scholars on the constitutional framework and the views of the Federalist papers and of Jefferson and rather Jeffersonians (who were very anti-judicial dictatorships). Second they should invite in the most arrogant judges and require them to explain the constitutional framework for their decisions.

So far they've managed to pick the losing end of nearly every 80/20 issue imaginable. In 2024, they sided with mentally ill men who wanted to humiliate women in sports, and they're following it up by siding with Hamas propagandists and people who firebomb car dealerships.
