A great question and here is how I see it through the lens of leadership and building sustainable culture: * Carla has been an incredible leader in adversity. * Attracting and hiring top level talent who are aligned with high integrity culture. Ryan Odom has been a grand slam. Hiring Chris Pollard from an arch rival? Seriously? * Assembling back stage talent such as Tyler Jones, Wally Walker, Scott Pioli to name a few. * Enormous success in fundraising for state of the art facilities. * Developing a magnet for fundraising for NIL and effective management of those funds. * Loyalty to coaches and allowing development of their programs. Football, WBB, softball and many more. That is a quick list. Go Hoos! 🔶🔷
