@AirCanada Loses my luggage, entire vacation ruined bc don’t have the proper supplies for the trip, I’m told to purchase basic clothing, I submit my receipts, you offer a 25% on future travel. Then I’m told I am not allowed to speak with a supervisor. Worst customer experience
