Kalo di indonesia justru perlu bahkan WAJIB DI CUCI Ad yg g perlu di cuci, misal beras yg dijual di jepang. Kenapa? “musenmai” (無洗米) = beras tanpa cuci. *diproses sangat bersih di pabrik, *minim debu dan sekam, *kualitas polishing-nya tinggi, 🇮🇩Di indonesia dicuci karena: 1. Untuk menghilangkan debu dan sisa penggilingan 2. Saat distribusi dan penyimpanan, beras bisa terkena: debu, serpihan sekam, pecahan kecil, atau sisa dedak. Apalagi klo beras di indonesia dijual curah di pasar, masuk karung. Makanya PERLU dicuci

@linfantasi @MeguMicin Ini masalahnya bukan itu, unggas kalo dicuci itu bisa cross kontaminasi ke tempat cucian piringnya, terus kalo tempat cucinya masih banyak bakteri dipake nyuci yg laen itu bisa kontaminasi kemana" makanya dimasak langsung gak dicuci itu biar bakterinya mati langsung disuhu tinggi

@MeguMicin sama kek yg bilang ayam gak perlu dicuci 😳 mohon maaf ini indonesia. apalagi yg beli di pasar tradisional. hinggapan lalat dan bekas tumpahan eek, serpihan kayu pemotongan daging, debu, bekas tangan mamang jualan. ada baiknya cuci dulu deh 😅
