This Saturday we are releasing a beer that we brewed back in February with Brasserie du Brabant with ash leaves from their property and eastern red cedar from our property! On tap at the brewery and growlers to-go.

One of the two new steins that will be available at tomorrow's Oktoberfest- the weather looks beautiful and we're excited to have some Marzen and Kitchen Kulture food with you!

This year's Basil IPA is on tap, but we haven't quite released bottles. For this Sunday's Oktoberfest, we'll have a pre-release for bottles to-go! Pour list: Marzen, Wild Cherry Bark Doppelbock, Fig Leaf Schwarzbier, Beet Gose, and Hefeweizen

Weekend menus are updated on our website with a new cherry bark dark sour on tap as well as margherita pizzas with fresh tomatoes! We will be open our regular hours, but closed on Monday.

Throughout the summer, we'll be offering to-go sales at the brewery on weekdays from 11-5! We will not have any beer available for on-site consumption, but you can swing by for growler fills or bottles!

Spring Tonic bottles return to the brewery! All of the information on this year's release is available on the news section of the website and you can pick up bottles this Thursday when we open.

We are open our regular hours this weekend, meaning we'll be closed on Monday! Weekend menus are all updated on our website.
