So that's the thing, I'm not really. If you set the auto compaction percentage for Fable to like 60 or 65%, it's actually shockingly token efficient. This is one of the big unlocks that nobody is really talking about. If you study the token usage, you'll find that most of your usage is derived from the long tail of dragging around context. This is probably like the most under-discussed thing. Did you know that you could even do this?

@scripted_hed Honestly I've been driving these Fable agents hard for 48 hours and it's been incredible. So crisp, so well aligned. I'm kinda shocked it's working as well as it is.
