Quick update regarding the removal of the previously mentioned collaboration content, the process took some time to fully implement so we could make sure that removing skins, charms, and related items would not cause issues or break anything. For players who purchased the Grace-related bundle: we aren't able to issue refunds for these items. Unfortunately, our systems don't track whether the bundle was purchased at a discounted rate or not, which makes it difficult to fairly determine compensation on a case-by-case basis. All purchases were made using in-game currency (Kroner), and many players were able to obtain these bundles at a reduced cost. What we're doing instead: We don't want these removals to leave gaps. We're actively working on replacement enemies to fill in the content that's being removed. Our goal here is to make sure the overall experience remains just as full and enjoyable. We know this situation isn't ideal, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding while we handle it.
