these teams have about a 2.000lp gap. how is the 50% winrate 400lp player who has d1/master average games getting into this lobby? how is a 600 games master player playing vs someone who is over 2x his elo? how do these two people end up on the same team vs 1500lp players?

Hello Sleby! Thank you for the "feedback" made throughout this tweet, however I can't really agree with it. However, I don't really appreciate the fact that you are insulting the work of 5 people who committed to something for 2 months of their lives, and even tho they faced a lot of difficulties, they still stuck as a team and made it to the end (unfortunately not the best result obviously and we aren't happy about it, but we are happy about the fact that we didn't implode and we still got to finish the split as a unit). Now, I would also like to give my share of feedback: maybe restrain from comments about how people function/work, when you decided to leave (RAGEQUIT) the team after 3 weeks of scrims + 1 official (which the players asked you to review, but you refused and left the call, leaving us, the players, up to it). Be a bit more open to receiving feedback and don't INSULT others when they only want to share their opinion! Try to be a bit more HONEST during off-season interviews! (this is only the tip of the iceberg of course, but I don't want to get too involved into drama, I just want to defend my boys) Also, keep in mind, this is a roster you built yourself and after 1 month you decided to leave by yourself! You had a roster that put in a lot of extra hours weekly, while you were leaving earlier than you were supposed to from scrims (if committing for 5-6h daily is a struggle and gets you that tired, maybe this is not fitting for you) Again, I'm just out here giving some friendly feedback to your behaviour as a *checks notes* 30 years old person who wants to help the younger generation improve outside and inside of the game. apparently this last match didn't actually matter but we end 5-4 in regular split really disappointed we couldn't go further, initially the roster looked super promising but we had some internal issues during the split with both staff and some different opinions on how to play
