/ I don't even use quotation marks in my native language so this is the first time I'm hearing about this and that native English speakers are strict with this kind of shit. Like damn. Do any of yall have a problem with this? Because I'm sure I never used that comma 💀

hey friendly reminder when you're writing dialogue in fics you're meant to end with a comma and not a full stop/period unless an action follows. so it should look like this "I love you, Michaela," Francesca said. and not like this "I love you, Michaela." Francesca said.
