There just aren’t words to describe exactly how amazing last evening was. We served over 445 dinners, gave out hugs and smile, and got to spend time with our families away from campus. We want to offer a genuinely heart felt THANK YOU to everyone that made this event possible.

🌊 Holiday Beach Fun Run Success! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️A huge THANK YOU goes to our amazing PE coaches for organizing our first-ever holiday beach fun run! We’re also so grateful to all the families who joined us to celebrate fitness, fun, and community during this holiday season.

These students have been zooming into class since day one. Zero tardies and zero absences! 💙 Out of 52 perfect-attendance Dragons, we spun the wheel and picked a few to ride into this video like they own the hallway. 🏍️💨

A huge thank you to the South Daytona Police Department! They want our Dragons riding safe, so today they gave away FREE bike helmets to our kids. Our SRO, Officer Mike, along with Chief LaSata and Lt. Pedri, even helped fit each helmet to make sure students were ready to roll.

Without our amazing faculty and staff, this ship would definitely sink! We absolutely need to thank our team for keeping us "afloat" in these first two weeks. Our Admin team was all around campus today delivering ice cream floats to thank our crew for their effort and dedication.

🍋When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! The SDE Sunshine Club celebrated the end of the first week of school by hosting a lemonade bar for the faculty. It was a wonderfully refreshing treat on this hot day.☀️

🐉💙The hard work, dedication, and passion of ALL of our dragons, big and small, paid off and we earned the B for the first time in 11 years 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
