The Deputy Head of Public Service incharge of Performance and Service Delivery Dr Jane Kyarisiima Mwesiga has today launched the Ministry of Health Client Charter and Service Delivery Standards. The Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary, Dr. @DianaAtwine said the Client Charter is a public document that outlines the Ministry’s commitment service standards and accountability mechanisms to the people of Uganda. She added that it guides how the Ministry interacts with citizens, stakeholders and the sector partners in the delivering of health services across the country. The Public Relations Unit will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Client Charter by the various departments.
