I’m looking for celebrities to be Mystery Readers and read To Kill a Mockingbird for 40 minutes to my freshman students in April and (early) May. ⭐️In-person or virtually⭐️
It’s a blessing to see a new year! I’m looking forward and also reminiscing on the wonderful memories with my family and friends; but especially with Dad!
@TeresaWeakley thanks for honoring one of our great bus drivers, aka Miss Sparkles! And especially thanks for capturing the hugs and love; spreading love in spite of personal yuck….THAT’s most important!
@TeresaWeakley Awesome Renewable Waste story. Loved the change in locations, graphics; and, you made something that could’ve been confusing-understandable! Nicely done!
@TechLawExpert@CNN As a result…I hope that there was an apology and resolution for this child. I hope that he can recover from this experience. I’m would hate for him to loose respect or trust for police as a result of how it was handled.
Based on this report they detained the boy briefly and once it was clear he was not the suspect they released him. Yes juveniles do steal cars and the boy was wearing similar clothing, was in the same apt complex as the suspect and yep both the suspect and the kid matched on race and general physical description.
Reasonable grounds it would appear to detain the kid briefly who was then released without incident to his Dad and got an apology. The police did not need probable cause to arrest in order to detain- just reasonable suspicion which it seems like they had.
This is much to do about nothing .
Lansing, Michigan, police apologized after officers handcuffed a 12-year-old-boy while he was taking out the trash. Police say he matched the description of a suspected car thief in the area.
@cbcstl I received a mighty word on Mother’s Day morning. I’m so glad for the church referral from the grocery store cashier. As a visitor, I was welcomed and blessed. Thank you Pastor@AnthonyLRiley!
