I think there's an incentive to play tough games: it's sports, an entertainment product and it's fun.
Also, the entire point of being an Ohio State fan is wanting to be -- and prove -- you're the best. Go play Texas and quit being weak.

@AriWasserman That’s not the point he’s making, look at OSU’s schedule. It’s the hardest I’ve seen in literally decades. There is absolutely zero incentive to play Texas and you know it. I will enjoy watching it, but all it can do is hurt their chances of making the CFP.
