@markpinc So true. The remaining 5% is timing that makes or breaks a startup. I can attest to the instinct in how we are pivoting from a game to an AI game agent to help sports leagues address the GenZ retention problem. But, what I'm not sure is the timing. Let's see.

Your instinct is right 95% of the time but your idea is right at best 25% of the time. Most founders die on the hill of their first idea when the real win is the instinct underneath it. In 2003, i had the instinct that we should be able to order a taxi through our phone. My idea was to text message the dispatcher. I bought smstaxi.com and wrote a business plan that only ever got to a million dollars a month in revenues so I never acted on it (i figured i’d make a dollar per ride). The winning idea that @travisk and @gc brilliantly invented was to enable anyone to be a taxi, launching the gig economy. I never would have come up with that. #UsmanTariq @ashwinravi99 Pausing for 1 or more secs before delivery gives the bowler an unfair advantage to counter batsman's movement. No other sport (soccer, baseball) allows pausing as it disrupts the rhythm. Without the pause, Usman is an ordinary bowler, nothing special.
