@rugby_ap Keep up the prayers. India were exactly like this in the 2023 WC, till they ran into Aussies in the final. Strikingly similar for RSA now.

Proteas looking worryingly good this World Cup. Dismantled NZ, India and the West Indies. This one’s going to hurt a lot, isn’t it?

@quxiaoyin Hey there - I see you pivoting from Heeyo -> HeyBoss -> SkillBoss now. Not sure if access to AI models is a business, but, there are other under served areas in AI. Wanna explore together?

#INDvSA #WCT2026 India's bone headed tactics has costed them this match. If 7 batsmen cannot win you a game, what can the 8th one do? Two LHB openers targeted by off spinners? Balance the team - Sanju, Ishan, Tilak, Surya, Dube, Hardik, Axar, Arshdeep, Kuldeep, Varun, Bumrah.

Elon Musk just gave retirement planning the most radical advice possible: “Don’t worry about squirreling money away for retirement in 10 or 20 years — it won’t matter. You won’t need to save for retirement.” His reasoning (from the same conversation): We’re already in the singularity — “the event horizon” where prediction breaks down. The accelerating timeline makes long-term saving irrelevant. Services, homes, healthcare, entertainment — abundance will be so extreme that the old rules vanish. Peter Diamandis: “The way this unfolds is fundamentally impossible to predict because of self-improvement of the AI and the accelerating timeline.” Elon: “We’re in this beautiful sweet spot… like being at the top of the roller coaster about to drop. I don’t just have courtside seats — I’m on the court.” If saving for retirement becomes pointless in the next 10–20 years because we’re already past the event horizon… what’s the first thing you’d change about how you live right now?

@imransiddique89 Without the pause, #UsmanTariq is a very ordinary bowler. Why should cricket allow such as deliberate pause while sports like Baseball and Soccer do not?

#UsmanTariq @ashwinravi99 Pausing for 1 or more secs before delivery gives the bowler an unfair advantage to counter batsman's movement. No other sport (soccer, baseball) allows pausing as it disrupts the rhythm. Without the pause, Usman is an ordinary bowler, nothing special.

@CricketopiaCom Usman Tariq's Wikipedia lists his bowling as "Right-arm off break." Can someone please edit it to— "Right-arm long break"? 🤷‍♂️

Usman Tariq on bowling to Indian batters said he believes the extra pressure will be on them. The spinner, known for his unique action, added that he is not concerned about the scrutiny around his bowling, as it has already been cleared twice by the ICC.

@ashwinravi99 Usman Tariq has been cleared by the ICC lab twice after his bowling action was reported, but I don't understand why you're Indians spreading so much propaganda. Do you know more than the ICC?

Okay, let me make it as clear as possible. Firstly, the legalities of his action can only be tested at an ICC bowling action testing Centre. Secondly, there is a 15° rule under which a bowler needs to keep his elbow and straighten it and to judge if a bowler is bowling within that 15° mark by the onfield Umpire is impossible. The only solution to that is having a real time in competition testing tool. The above is a grey area and to accuse someone for utilising the grey area is wrong. Finally, if the pause at the crease is legal or not, and that’s where I believe that it is entirely legal because that is his regular action. #UsmanTariq

The current consensus view is saas is dead...presuming that's right, the next interesting next question is What companies are "safe from ai"? - handling money, regulation - agents on top of company data - most hardware? - maybe systems of record? - security? - marketplaces?

@m2jr To be fair to @SenMarkey , vay.io uses remote drivers to deliver rental cars using remote drivers in Las Vegas. But, people from Philippines guiding cars in US is a stretch, as the latency requirement for remote driving is very stringent (under 100 ms).

@bhogleharsha Financials aside, what if @TheRealPCB loses to USA or Namibia or Netherlands and get knocked out of the group stage because of poor net run rate for boycotting the India match ? That would be popcorn time for Indian fans and fun time for Pak fans and @MohsinnaqviC42 #INDvsPAK

It will be very interesting to see the response of the ICC if Pakistan go to the World Cup but don't play India. I don't know the legal position, or how the precedence could play out, but I won't be surprised if the ICC asks that the broadcaster's loss be deducted from Pakistan's share of ICC revenues. And, by the way, what if it is an India-Pakistan final?

@aunder Since 2016, America plunged into culture war crisis, compounded by growing "stockholm syndrome" from middle America voters. Even if their farms/businesses/healthcare/rights are taken away, they will still vote the same way. I'm beyond words at this behavior.

If you know me at all, you know that I've been distrustful and disgusted by this administration since... forever. So I'm deeply sad but not surprised at the amount of societal damage and harm that's been inflicted, is still being inflicted, and will continue to be until we find a way to make it clear that a bunch of donors and voters are never going to back candidates who so clearly have a disdain for the majority of Americans ever again. I think that requires a lot of single-issue voters to own up to their responsibility to evaluate the leaders they put into their office with a broader view - not just for the issue which seems most acute to them at the moment, or even just for issues that impact them personally at all. It's going to take a major mindset shift. But I still believe it's possible. For anyone who knows me, this is stating the obvious. But there's also no reason to be coy about it. Vote them the hell out.

@vikrantgupta73 Too many problems with this team. Rohit is past his prime. Shreyas never delivers in a crunch situation. Jadeja and Kuldeep are ineffective in the middle overs. I see a big reboot coming in the next ODI series.

India have now lost two of the last three ODI series, in fact 5 of the last 9 ODI games. Not good. Many questions need to be addressed and one from the many will be India’s inability to pick wickets in the middle overs, more so the lack of wickets for spinners #IndvsNZ #ViratKohil
