@RandomRecess @ThemeParkExpres That's my view for my channel as well! It's a way for me to remember, reminisce, and reflect on my trips, while trying to find useful tips and tricks to share!
English

@ThemeParkExpres Amazing! We are just starting, and it can get discouraging, especially when we don’t see much growth. But seeing that all of you fantastic creators started out at the same place is truly inspiring and gives us motivation to keep going. As long as it’s fun, we’ll keep doing it!
English

@AltNatSecAgency I just really wish it was in chronological order! Other than that it's fantastic.

This hits way harder now that it’s shit that I’ve lived thorough

@andreajessica It's the only one I have any hope of finding disney folks on. I've been trying to find the "distwitter" side of mastodon but come up short every time.
English

@hankgreen I have learned so much about how treatment works. Your scicomm background is really being utilised, and one of my colleague's spouses just got diagnosed. I directed them to your videos, and they've found them extremely helpful and removed some of the scariness. Thank YOU Hank.
English

I thought really hard about whether I would be public with my cancer diagnosis and I talked to creators who did it both ways (yes, there are YouTubers who have had cancer and gone through treatment without ever telling people, which is astounding to me).
Ultimately, I did it this way because it was hard to imagine the logistics of the alternative. I would just be…not making videos suddenly? And the Complexly and DFTBA teams would all need to keep secrets?? Or I would need to keep secrets from them??
So I did it this way, and I am obviously happy (so far) that I did. There have been bad parts, but they are all little and dumb, but the good parts have been so good.
Thanks everybody.

@Insect_Song @ourladyofcoffee @luxamnesiac @spindlypete It's a great set of podcasts on @gameshowpodcast from @theincomparable. The riddle I mentioned is from @incon_ceivable, @LowDefGS is a podcast version of balderdash, and Random Pursuit is 30+ types of Trivial Pursuit cards all shuffled together.
English

@Insect_Song @ourladyofcoffee @luxamnesiac @spindlypete It was a geekery gameshow, where all of the questions are from general nerd culture (a riff on Says You from NPR). The odd one out was Steel, as there's Bronze, Silver, and Brass dragons in D&D, but there's no Steel.
English

@seaa_lemon @ourladyofcoffee @luxamnesiac @spindlypete Oh come on, only element is way to strong a distinguisher... I will be very disappointed if this is some obscure "brass isn't a league of legends rank" I don't know and not something elegant.
English

@Insect_Song @ourladyofcoffee @luxamnesiac @spindlypete You'd think so! Until there's a hint to think a little less science-y and a bit more...geek/nerd culture.
English

@ourladyofcoffee @luxamnesiac @spindlypete I am SUPER selective when it comes to podcasts...I can't do the pure knowledge-y ones. I only really enjoy trivia and game based podcasts where I'm so caught up in trying to answer "Which is the odd one out between Silver, Bronze, Brass, and Steel?" it ends up being all fun.
English

@luxamnesiac @spindlypete PRECISELY THIS. God, I would KILL to like podcasts. People who like podcasts are having the time of their damn lives these days.
English

@OregonRolledA20 Makeup remover (Micellar water) & cotton rounds too in addition to what else was commented.
English

@DznyGrlSD @21royalstreet MadT was where I met so many of my lifelong friends. However, I also watched it morph through the changes of being minimally choreographed to...overly planned. It lost it's spark when it came back after Freeze the Night and changed to Diamond MadT for the 60th.
English

@seaa_lemon I was shocked at how good the food was last year and this year it was still great. So many delicious/ fresh ingredients and wonderful desserts.
English

@ThemeParkExpres CONGRATULATIONS!!! What an incredible location too.
English

@OregonRolledA20 I mean...who do they expect the junior hires to get those relationships and side conversations WITH if the senior level hires aren't in the office?
English

@ThemeParkExpres Have an AMAZING Trip! If you're looking for a good cocktail, Kareem is great at making fun and fruity options (And I'd bet he can do mocktails too)! And Dewa at Cove Cafe gets the BEST foam for the lattes!
English

@How2Drink @lexfri is awesome. He hosts podcasts and a great gameshow called Friendly Competition that might be up your alley. He's also not popular on the tikety tok (Sorry Lex)
@lexfridman, less so. He's the nutter who is often getting mixed up with the awesome Lex.
English

@DznyGrlSD @TheDCLBlog We'll be on the one right before that! I'm doing the British Isles cruise. I DREAM of doing a WBTA or WBPC. (extra sleep nearly every night yes please!)
English

@DznyGrlSD @TheDCLBlog We're taking the train...but for the cost of train fare, DCL transport from Heathrow or Gatwick is nearly comparable.
English

@Joe_Rohde Dungeon Events Coordinator might be a better term than Dungeon Manager...I've also heard Storyteller used in some other Tabletop games.
English

My son plays. Apparently a very good Dungeon Master…which maybe needs a new term…like Dungeon Events Coordinator. When younger I put that energy into insanely highly produced theme parties, like “The Fall of Rome.” Literally installed a Villa set into a friends bungalow home.
Kevin Lively@Livelyland
I’ve never played DnD. I’ve really never been interested in DnD. But if Joe were ever to play DnD, I’d pay good money for a front row seat. His brain + his storytelling ability + his collection of costume pieces and artifacts would equal an epic at the lever of Jackson’s LOTR
