been awhile but i am finally have a 700 cals a day! going from 950 to 800 threw me off for awhile. but now i am somewhat getting used to hunger and i feel so much lighter and in control :3 but i still never skip breakfast. swear it helps a shit ton!!!

@skinnyprinsess i like to bake healthy versions of my cravings, especially gf df versions. sub sugars for low cal substitutes and you have comforting low cal treats. without gluten and dairy it makes you less likely to be bloated!
