@WaltThurm3 I wouldn't agree with the use of lethal force. That said the charge of manslaughter still fits due to the fact that the baby was killed due to reckless behaviour on the part of both parties and should be charged to both. I am just wondering why race had to become a point in this.

Life is a matter of perspective. There may be societal boundaries, but the individuals cognitive reality is their own.

Interesting case. The plea of self defense and the use of lethal force to defend One's self from an unarmed assailant. Not too surprising when well trained police officers fine themselves in these same type of situations&react accordingly. Self defense is a matter of perspective
