In SDL 2, scan codes return the actual key being pressed, modeled after the QWERTY keyboard. On the other hand, key codes return the key values themselves. Example: Pressing 'O' in a Dvorak keyboard gives a scan code of 'S', and a key code of 'O'.

@sadiazazk_ @MrFrankBaraan Indeed! There are wonderful fresh stories that are still waiting to be told. We have an unlimited pool of stories, yet our entertainment industry dare not take risks. Parehos lang nung time na ayaw mong umamin kay crush, kasi takot ka sa risk.

@peacheshonestly Hahaha. I have my qualms with Ang Probinsyano's quality. The show relies too heavily on zoom-in effects for dramatic effects. There are portions of acting that I find cringy. Framing and perhaps lighting as well could have been done better. Lastly, the plot is already too long.

I'm following this comment thread in an ABS-CBN News regarding Duterte's statement asking what those who criticize him have done to the country. I am disappointed that, in this particular thread, many Filipinos are using ad hominems over actual arguments.
